My friends Mike and Carly had a little boy back in 2003. He was a cute little guy. One day we went over to visit and I brought my camera with me. I don’t particularly care for baby photos from department stores. They seem strangely unnatural to me; I dislike the propping up of babies in odd positions. I’d rather capture something important – something that will mean more to the parents much later on.
This was a priceless moment: little Evan was hungry and latched on to Carly’s chin. I find this image beautiful, which is why I had to capture it.
