In August of 2004, we took a trip up to Algonquin Park to go camping. It was far colder than we imagined it would be – almost hitting zero. Imagine: zero in the middle of August! One of the benefits, though, was that the air was crystal clear. I snuck this picture of my traveling partner enjoying the sunrise. She represents all of us, admiring the wonders of nature.

Camping and celebrating the great outdoors are trademarks that we associate ourselves with as Canadians. However, enjoying nature is something that is common to almost everyone on the planet. This image could have been taken in any number of places.
